Part Two: Mediation Practice

This simple process is a secret mystical practice that has been used for thousands of years to maintain sovereignty and to manifest timelines.  It takes 90-seconds to activate and is responsible for the alignment of your electromagnetic frequency (heart centre) connecting to your “God brain” (pineal) and to your “Body brain” (biome).

You can use this recording as a guide until you are able to navigate your internal infrastructure on your own.

Tips, Tricks & Life Hacks

Everyone is going to have their own personal preference for creating a daily routine.  This will take some time.  THE MOST IMPORTANT part of this practice is that there is daily consistency.  Remember this important life hack… “my head does not hit the pillow before I go to sleep without maintaining my innate biofield and my feet do not hit the ground in the morning without activating my innate biofield”.

Here are a few ways to make this practice even more powerful and empowering:

  • prepare the space; ideally on your side of the bed or a space that is your personal and sacred space: have your journal and pen handy – perhaps even some water
  • sit strait up with space between your legs – never cross your ankles or knees over one another; spine strait, shoulders relaxed, heart space open
  • choosing background music with an empowering hertz is always beneficial – and silence is justs as powerful (see bonus for some of my favourites)
  • practicing at the same time each morning and evening makes it very easy to maintain a daily routine
  • begin by taking 3 deep breaths in and out of the nose; give yourself permission to be present in the moment; relax your forehead, belly and buttocks
  • when you are done take a moment to give thanks, drink some water and journal – not what happened but where you are at now that you are done
  • teach this technique to everyone in your family; it will create a magical coherence to one another and harmony within your household
