Traci is a Metaphysician specializing in the utility of Metaphysical Psychology as education and Energy Medicine to transform Generational Trauma created by Spiritual Disconnection. She registered with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada which may support you in using your insurance benefits program. She is an ordained Minister and is currently in good standing with the International Metaphysical Ministry. The program coaches and support staff may or may not be registered with either of these associations but will have their own credentials.
How to book your Healing Sessions
You will work book each of your 6 healing sessions with this link using the COUPON CODE: BETR. Ideally, each session is 1 week apart, however, we are more than happy to work at your pace if you should need more time. Appointments will be 55 minutes in duration and are available for participants of this program on Mondays between 10am and 4pm, Tuesdays 10am and 4pm, Thursdays 10am and 9pm and Fridays between 10am and 1pm. ALL times are EST (Toronto/NewYork). Our cancellation rules apply – if you do not show up for a scheduled appointment or if should you provide less than 48 hours notice and we cannot fill your session you will be invoiced to reschedule it at a fee of $179.

Cancelation Policy
Call Cancellation/No Show
Have these policies clearly stated in your online scheduler reminder call emails, Facebook group welcome post, welcome email.
- 48-hour notice to reschedule – understand that to reschedule an appointment may take up to 3 weeks. You are encouraged to schedule a program appointments at once so that your flow is not blocked should you need to reschedule. As long as we have 48 hours notice, you can reschedule yourself
- Less than 48 hours notice you MIGHT need to pay an appointment fee if you have not given notice multiple times
- No show without explanation will require an appointment payment to get back into the cycle as you have forfeited your session; all sessions are required for any success in the program to take place
- Group sessions are encouraged but not required; they are all recorded for your convenience; know that you will get more out of the program if you show up
Refunds, Credits and Extensions
You must pre-register for all Self Awareness Academy, True Path Consulting and/or Traci Trimble, PhD services, programs and events online. Therefore advanced payment is required. It is important to understand our cancellation policy before requesting a refund or extension.
We accept email money transfer, Visa, MasterCard, Amex and PayPal (and debit through PayPal). All prices are in Canadian dollars or American dollars depending on your URL address. Any refund will be processed in exactly the same way it was received.
Refund Opportunities
There are limited-time opportunities for refunds depending on the specific purchase, specific action/inaction and the factor of time. The details are as follows:
Portal based Programs
Due to the fact that portal content-based programs release proprietary information to you immediately upon payment, you then have everything that you paid for and/or require for your basic program experience. Therefore, there are LIMITED time opportunities for a refund including but not limited to the following:
If you have (a) NOT logged into the content portal AND (b) no more than three (3) days have expired then a full refund, minus $125 (payment processing fees, administrative fee) will be provided according to our official refund policy (see below)
OR
If you have signed into the content portal yet no more than three (3) hours has expired then a full refund will be provided according to our official refund policy (see below)
There are no exceptions to the following rules, however, see “Extensions” for potential loopholes.
Private 1 on 1 Sessions/treatments
Due to the fact that payment is due upon booking, there are LIMITED time opportunities for a refund including but not limited to:
If you give more than 48 hours notice you can cancel and/or change your appointment online with ease and without penalty. Your payment will be applied to your next appointment or issued a full refund within 3 to 5 business days. We have no control over this timeline.
If you give less than 48 hours notice you cannot cancel or reschedule online yourself. You will have to reach out to us HERE If we have a waiting list and can fill your appointment time you will be issued a full refund within 3 to 5 business days. We have no control over this timeline. HOWEVER, if we are unable to fill your appointment a 50% charge will apply – a partial refund will apply within 3 to 5 business days. We have no control over this timeline. If you are a chronic “no notice cancellation” (3 times in a period of 1 year) then NO refund will apply after the 4th cancellation if we cannot fill the appointment.
If you give us same-day notice and/or do not show up for your appointment then there is NO refund, no exception. Please remember that this is our livelihood and all we are asking for is respect and common courtesy.
To support you there are reminder emails that are sent to you before each scheduled appointment.
Refund Policy
If you are requesting a refund within the time and rule parameters set above all you need to do is go online, using the registration link sent to you upon purchase or included in the most recent reminder and cancel the service. Your payment source will be notified immediately and will begin the process with our payment provider. This can take up to 3 – 5 business days. You will get a confirmation email when this process has begun. If you need support, please email us at HERE and use the subject line REFUND.

Extensions
You are eligible to APPLY for an extension in either Membership and/or a Signature Program. Please note the following:
- It is an application process. You may be approve or declined based on the circumstances. We do our best to approve all requests but hold the right not to for any reason.
- It is a one time process, per the Signature program, you will either get (a) a 4 week extension and/or (b) your services will be interrupted and put on hold for up to 12 months

Frequently Asked Questions…
Why do I have to book all of my healing sessions now?
Traci only does a maximum of 18 appointments per week and there can be up to 60 new program participants in a 6-week cycle. If you do not book now you will be waiting and that can be frustrating.
Why can I not book more than one appointment per week?
Okay, it can be two but… and this is VERY important – YOU MUST HAVE at least 72 hours (3-day cycle) in between each session. Professional advice = give yourself a week! You are moving big non-beneficial energy. Really give yourself time to process.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes, but it does make things a little tricky. First, you must provide 48-hours notice. Then, make sure you add that missing appointment back into the schedule. We are not monitoring where you are at, as this is a self-directed program. If you do not give notice you will not be able to rebook yourself, we will have to do it for you and you will automatically be booked into whatever next available appointment is with any available coach. If you are a no-show (no cancelation/not showing up) you will be charged to add a missing appointment. The fee is $179.67
The time slot is 1 hour. A session will take a minimum of 30 minutes to a maximum of 55 minutes.
Why do I have to have a Facebook account?
All of our communication, including tech support, answering your module-specific questions and coaching calls are ALL done via a private Facebook group for members of Soul Healing Protocol. Without Facebook you will have no access to us.
What if I do not have a Facebook account?
You are being asked to set up an account, even if you only use it for this program. It can be deleted at the end of the program. You do not need to invite any friends or go on Facebook for any other reason. If this is “a hard no” for you then this program may not be for you. Contact Allison (allison@tracitrimble.ca) within 24 hours of purchase and your money will be refunded. We have provided a video on how to set up a FB account.
Can I have friends or family join me in this program/share and/or copy content?
Here is the answer – you have purchased a single-user access agreement. We are not going to police you and we hope that since you are on a Spiritual Journey that you have integrity or are here to learn to have integrity. If you are flagged by the system for any reason, I.e. multiple access points, multiple login access, copying videos then your account will be restricted (Hub and Facebook) and there will not be a refund if the action is deemed against the terms of our agreement.
What if I am not done the program but I don’t want to do this anymore?
Private message both Allison and Traci from within the Facebook group. Let them know. They will provide you with support. Unfortunately, after 24 hours of purchasing the program, there are no refunds.
