Physical is all about the Body…
Your sacred vessel, the body, is used for the purpose of experiencing Human through your five key senses – sight, smell, taste, touch, hear. The Body is how you perceive your outside world and establishes, through Ego’s interpretation, whether you are safe, secure and supported from within. The body is the physical manifestation of the Soul. As a material tool it must be maintained. This lesson gives you the basic tools to do just that – with love and light.
