Q#4. Have I chosen the nutrition I needed today?

Especially for physical, emotional and spiritual, I will recommend that you invest in an external resource called Gaia.com
For physical you will find a great deal of content on Breath, Hydration and Movement but also on nutrition and aides for sleeping soundly. Gaia is in Traci’s opinion an essential Human resource with limitless benefits. No, she does not receive anything from this endorsement but the excitement in sharing this powerful tool!

Having trouble sleeping?

having trouble falling asleep, staying asleep or getting restful sleep is a challenge that over 85% of North American suffer with.  It is a main cause of most Spiritual Disconnection in Physical.  Here are some helpful resources:

  • Netflix (2022) has a docuseries by HEADSPACE called ‘Sleep’
  • If you are masculine energy and love data/information I highly recommend the Oura ring – unlike other devices its EMF is low
  • I am not a Medical Doctor nor am I a nutritionist but I can suggest that you check out both magnesium and/or melatonin
  • Do your best to have a 3-hour window before bed without food, exercise, heavy mental stimulation
  • MEDITATION!
