Homework
While your usual homework is still in play – this is the last week that you will follow that process. And for fun… you have two new homework elements this week that will wrap up the healing portion of level one Soul Healing Protocol. However, there is NOT a lesson for the sixth in person session so there is that!
The usual homework…
You have successfully completed your B5 session and have recalled your POWER energy to align as your positive polarity. This work is both intellectual and emotional in nature and will be processing out of your cellular memory over the next 3-days. It requires that you are present in your healing process. The action remains simple:
- allow the 3-day healing to cycle to process
- journal any luminosity or awareness that seem relevant to your growth
- optional: you can use the BETR healing guided meditation to support you if you feel you want to
STEP# 1. If you go back in your notes you will find the Soul Healing Journey document that started this whole healing process. On it you will find a place to document your treatment process and your reformatting. It is very simple – sit in silence for 90 seconds once per day, tapping on your POWER centre – where you placed you hand on your body during the download process – tapping gently and chanting the name of your POWER energy. Give yourself permission to experience the set up of that energy in your bioenergetic field.
